RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Print Central PH, we are committed to providing high-quality printing services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Custom Printed Materials
All printing services offered by Print Central PH are custom-made based on customer-approved designs, specifications, and quantities. Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns and refunds are generally not accepted once production has started.
Errors on Our Part
We accept returns or offer reprints/refunds under the following circumstances:

Printing errors caused by Print Central PH (e.g., incorrect size, color, material, or quantity not matching the approved order)

Defective or damaged prints upon delivery
In such cases, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Customer-Supplied Design Errors
Print Central PH is not responsible for:

Spelling, grammatical, or layout errors in customer-provided designs

Low-resolution or poor-quality images supplied by the customer

Color variations due to screen-to-print differences
Orders approved by the customer for printing are considered final.
Cancellations and Order Changes

Orders may only be canceled or modified before production begins

Once printing has started, cancellations and refunds are not permitted

Any costs incurred prior to cancellation will be charged to the customer
Refund Method
If the production has not yet started, approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or via store credit, depending on the agreement. Refund processing time may take 7–14 business days.
Reprints
If a valid claim is approved, Print Central PH may offer:

A free reprint of the affected items, or
-
A partial or full refund, depending on the situation
Shipping and Delivery
- Customers are responsible for booking their own courier services (e.g., Lalamove, Grab, or other third-party couriers). Print Central PH staff will not be responsible for booking couriers on behalf of customers.
- Print Central PH is not responsible for delays, loss, or damages caused by third-party courier services. However, we will assist customers in filing claims with the courier when applicable.
