TERMS & CONDITIONS
Orders and Production

All orders are considered confirmed once payment and final artwork approval are received.

Printing will only begin after the customer has approved the final design, specifications, quantity, and materials.

Due to the custom nature of printing services, all products are made specifically according to customer requirements.
Artwork and Design Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for the accuracy of all submitted designs, including spelling, layout, dimensions, and image quality.

Print Central PH is not liable for errors found in customer-approved designs.

Color variations may occur due to differences between screen display and printed output.
Pricing and Payment

Prices are based on the agreed quotation and are subject to change if specifications are modified.

Full or partial payment may be required before production begins.

All payments made are considered acknowledgment of these Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet started.

Once production has started, cancellations are no longer allowed.

To request a cancellation, customers must contact the sales representative they have been communicating with regarding their printing services.

Any costs incurred prior to cancellation (design work, materials, setup fees) may be charged or deducted from the refund.
Return and Refund Policy

All printed materials are custom-made and are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.

Refunds will only be considered if production has not yet started or in cases of printing errors caused by Print Central PH.

If production has not yet started, approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or via store credit, depending on the agreement. Refund processing may take 7–14 business days.

Claims for printing errors or defects must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photo or video evidence.

Print Central PH is not responsible for errors in customer-supplied designs.
Reprints

In cases where Print Central PH is at fault, we may offer a free reprint, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the situation.

Reprints are limited to the original order specifications.
Shipping and Delivery

Customers are responsible for booking their own courier services (e.g., Lalamove, Grab, or other third-party couriers).

Print Central PH staff will not be responsible for booking couriers on behalf of customers.

Print Central PH is not liable for delays, loss, or damages caused by third-party courier services, but we will assist customers in filing claims when applicable.
Limitation of Liability

Print Central PH’s liability is limited to the value of the printing service provided.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Amendments

Print Central PH reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with any order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Releasing of Items
Production items will be released only after full payment has been received. Print Central PH reserves the right to withhold the release of printed materials until all outstanding balances are fully settled.
