CANCELLATION POLICY

Order Cancellation

  • Customers may request to cancel their order only if production has not yet started.

Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Once production has started, orders can no longer be canceled due to the custom nature of printing services.

How to Request Cancellation

  • To request a cancellation, kindly contact the sales representative you have been communicating with regarding your printing services. Cancellation requests must be acknowledged and confirmed by Print Central PH to be considered valid.

Fees and Charges

  • Any costs incurred prior to cancellation (such as design work, materials, or setup fees) may be deducted from the refund or charged to the customer.

Refunds

  • Approved cancellations made before production starts will be refunded according to our Return and Refund Policy.
